ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
For international orders please note that in some cases your country may charge you duties, taxes, or import fees. We have no control over those and are not responsible for those fees! These will be collected by the local carrier prior to or at time of delivery. We only charge our customers for shipping, and we do not mark up the price.
For USPS or UPS International Shipping, once delivered to your country it will be transferred to a local mail carrier, who will then deliver your package. Tracking is not available past the point of being delivered into the country. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered orders. Shipping time always varies due to International Customs Departments.
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL, THERE ARE NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES
ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Please allow for 2-3 business days for items to ship. The shipping time only starts once items are processed and picked up by USPS, UPS, Federal Express or other shipping carrier. During release weekends or high volume peak seasons, your orders will be processed within 5-7 business days max. Due to high order volume, and our small crew, more time is needed to process orders. We thank everyone for the patience while we prepare your orders.
Our Return/Exchange Policy is only valid 30 days after you receive your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a Return/Exchange, your item must be unwashed or unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 business days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a different size, please email CustomerCare@vintagemuscleusa.com. We will give you an RMA Number & the Return address of where to send the product.
We cannot guarantee we will have stock of the size needed. If we are out of stock of the needed size, it is up to the buyer to agree on a different style, or receive a refund for the item.
To return your product, first email CustomerCare@vintagemuscleusa.com One of our customer service representatives will be in contact with you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Vintage Muscle USA is not responsible for stolen or lost packages. If a package is lost, stolen, or incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer, Vintage Muscle is not responsible for refunding or replacing those items. It is the customers responsibility to file any lost or damaged claims with the mail carrier. Vintage Muscle is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of mail carrier.
